What drew you to aviation?: When I was born, my father worked at Hiller Helicopters and I grew up around aircraft and aviation activities.

How long have you been involved in aviation education?: I have been a civilian and military Flight Instructor since 1979 and have successfully conducted classroom, simulator and flight instruction sessions throughout that time.

What's your favorite part of what you do in aviation education?: I enjoy passing on good and safe practices to new and experienced pilots.

What's your least favorite part of what you do in aviation education?: I wish the cost of flight training was more affordable for all levels of students and rated pilots.

Do you have a memorable aviation experience you'd like to share?: Too many to recall here. 44 years of active aviation training…

Why did you join SAFE?: I want to make the administrative parts of instructing easier with access to all the tools.
