What drew you to aviation?: Military Service, German and French Airforce

How long have you been involved in aviation education?: More than ten years

What's your favorite part of what you do in aviation education?: Seeing pilots improve/succeed at new skills.

What's your least favorite part of what you do in aviation education?: "Time to spare, go by air …"

What would you like to see change in aviation?: Bad Airmanship

Any suggestions on how the above might be accomplished?: Teaching the right attitude early on – "flying is a privilege, don't abuse it".
