What drew you to aviation?: The challenge and the thrill of flight.

How long have you been involved in aviation education?: First flight in 1950 then formal training starting in 1966.

What's your favorite part of what you do in aviation education?: Educating and encouraging new pilots to realize their dreams.

What's your least favorite part of what you do in aviation education?: I have not found one yet…

Do you have a memorable aviation experience you'd like to share?: Viet Nam 1965-1966 as an airmobile combat infantryman.

Why did you join SAFE?: To become better informed and networking.

What would you like to see change in aviation?: A streamlining of regulations.
