The links provided below point to video tutorials saved as Flash files (.swf), which can be opened with any Internet browser that has Flash installed. The tutorials are narrated, so please be sure to turn up the volume on your computer. Click on any of the links and hit the Play button once the tutorial loads. You can also save the file to your desktop for easy access.

*CAPTCHA is the challenge-response test (e.g., “type in the characters you see above”) used at the end of many of our contact forms to ensure that they are not being generated by a computer spam bot. This reduces the amount of spammed forms we receive.

If your computer doesn’t recognize Flash files, here are two things to try:

  1. Click on the file and when asked what program you want to use to open it, choose your favorite Internet browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari);Or,
  2. Save the file to your desktop, open up your Internet browser, then go to File > Open. Locate the file and open it.
